As I was walking around Paris, I crossed a bridge that had two musicians on it. I didn’t speak very much to either one. I just gestured with my camera and dropped a 2 Euro coin in each bowl. The first man was playing an accordion. He just shrugged in what I assumed was assent. Seemed to me that he didn’t care if I took his picture or jumped off the bridge.
The sax player was fun. He was floating cool jazz over the river. when I gestured, he stopped playing! Then I realized that he was tidying up his space to make a good picture. I hope I did him justice.
