Taughannock Falls

I stopped by Taughannock Falls while going down to Philadelphia this past weekend. Spring is officially here, but the falls are still shrouded in ice. I automatically set my aperture high at the falls to slow down my shutter speed as much as I can. This time, I didn’t have my tripod with me, so I had to prop my camera on the stone wall surrounding the scenic lookout. It can be a little disconcerting to put a camera on the edge of a 100 foot drop.
