Human-Computer Interfaces

I’ve been interested in human computer interaction ever since my first mouse got bunged up with desk cheese.  I’ve said it, you’ve said it.  There has to be a better way.  Movies and books can describe utopian computer interfaces, but reality always seems to fall a step short.  Tom Cruise swings virtual videos around while I blow dust out of my keyboard.  For every advance in technology, there’s a new and imaginative way to temp us in the media.

There are some new and interesting technologies out there that have some promise… What will we be surfing on in 10 years?  I don’t know.  Society can go off on some tangent at the drop of a sudoku pen.  Here are some links to interfaces that may stand the test of time.
